NATYOPASANA ', a classical dance workshop was organised by Bhavan's Vidya Mandir Elamakkara on Saturday , 27 August 2022 in connection with the Golden Jubilee Celebration of the school . Dr. Swathy Narayanan,Cine Artist and Kuchipudi Dancer inaugurated the Workshop .Addressing the audience ,she said that art has the power to soothe our mind. Young gifted dancers should pursue their passion alongside academics. Smt.Parvathy Menon, Kuchipudi Artiste and Choreographer, Amritha Bhuvanendran, Mohiniyattam exponent, Niranjana Subramanian Bharatanatyam Danseuse were the resource persons . Students of classes VIII to XII from various schools in and around Kochi participated in this one day workshop . The sessions enthralled the young minds and captivated their soul and spirit .Smt Mini.K, Principal, Smt. Sreejyothi N, Associate Principal, Smt. Sumi U Menon , Asst .Vice Principal extended their unstinted support for the organization of the event.
